Principal’s Welcome
Welcome to the School of Research Science in Dubai (SRS Dubai). We are a forward-looking international school that never tires to push the boundaries to be the best that we can be. By definition, therefore, we are always on an improvement journey to achieve and maintain world-class provision and quality of education.
Our central mission is to provide our students with the best possible foundation to build their future. We do this by delivering an outstanding curriculum – British and Arabic – taught by subject and phase specialists, relentlessly promoting the full growth of the student, both academic and personal. Our Student Learner Profile (SLP) is well-embedded in the life of the school community, developing in students the competencies they need to become responsible global citizens.
Choosing SRS means exposing students to memorable learning experiences of exceptional quality that prepare them to take their rightful place as future leaders of the world.

History
The School of Research Science was founded in 1998 to provide a high-quality education to the children of local Emirati families. Since that time, the school has seen a dramatic expansion linked directly to its growth in popularity, also amongst non-Emirati families whose children now comprise approximately one-third of the school’s intake.
A powerful vision coupled with strong ambition and a clear sense of direction has enabled the school to grow and become a very successful all-through, 3 to 18 school with a student roll of over 4000.
Building on this success, the Founder of the school invested in a purpose built primary and secondary school in Al-Warqa with state-of-the-art specialist facilities and a twenty-first century learning environment. High quality provision means that our students achieve high standards in both their academic and personal development.
Vision
School of Research Science vision is to establish leading nation wide centres of educational excellence that are founded upon the highest international standards.

Entry requirements
This environment is created through the combination of highly skilled teachers, the rigor of the National curriculum for England and the US Massachusetts curriculum, top class facilities and resources for learning.
Our goal is for all new students to successfully transition both academically and socially into our community. Once admitted, students will participate in a variety of assessments to determine the best placement, academic programme and levels of potential support. We host a variety of parent information meetings and student orientation meetings for each student throughout the year at SRS.
The Ministry of Education requires all families to submit the above mentioned documents for each child entering education in Dubai.
